One year jail for a missed Kiss!

A Delhi court had sentenced a youth to one year in jail for attempting to kiss an unknown woman near a Metro station in the National capital. The court even refused to release the convict, 22 year old Govind on probation saying that this punishment will help reduce the crimes on women in the city.

Govind was caught red handed while trying to kiss the victim, while walking on the road, just before Rajouri Garden Metro Station. The court also asked him to pay 1000 compensation for the woman. The incident took place on December 6th, 2014.

The woman stopped him and slapped her that day when he tried to kiss. She handed over him to police but the convict turned down the allegations and claimed that he was falsely implicated in the case by police officials.
