Only Then We Will Have Clarity About Liger: Vijay Deverakonda

Vijay Deverakonda is busy with his maiden pan-India project, Liger. The film came to a halt owing to the pandemic has yet again resumed shoot recently. But the makers have left scores of fans in a fix by not announcing the Liger release date.

The question around the Liger release date has made fans even more restless after many biggies including Bollywood jumped to book the slot after the Maharashtra government has allowed theaters to be functional from October 22. So what is making the Liger team take a backseat?

The reason has been let out by Vijay Deverakonda. It is known that legendary boxing champion Mike Tyson is doing a cameo. The team is only left with a few portions of the shoot to call it a wrap (2-week schedule). But to finish the portions with Mike Tyson, the team is waiting for the US visas to get approved.

Once the team gets US visas approved, then they would come to an idea to book a slot for their release date. However fans have to wait for a longer time, as Liger will only be released next year, 2022.
