Oopiri opened to a decent figure of $86k for the premieres. However on the first day (Friday) soon after the word of mouth spread, the film has collected nearly $210k taking the total day one collections to $287k. What this means is the weekend is looking to be over $600k for sure.
In the final tally Oopiri is all set to cross the Million Dollar mark making it the second film of Akkineni Nagarjuna after Manam to reach that mark. What needs to be seen is if Oopiri can cross Manam or not.
