Package only problem for reluctant farmers?

Pawan Kalyan had completed his tour in Penumaka where he interacted with reluctant farmers. He spoke to some 10-15 farmers about their problems in participating in land pooling or land acquisition.

Going by their complaints, it looked like they have a problem with the package offered to the farmers. And may offer their lands if a better package is offered. Some farmers clearly stated that farmers who gave their lands in pooling got better deal than the actual value of land.

Also the farmers are looking at law bound promise by the government regarding the developed lands allotments. We will have to see if the state government try to address the issues or go forward with the land acquisition. Despite all the dharna threats, one has to recognize that government is well within the law to unleash land acquisition on reluctant farmers.
