Parineeti Responds on Mahesh-Murugadoss Film

Rumours have been flying wild about AR Murugadoss’ latest film ever since it came out that the bilingual project that will be released in both Tamil and Telugu is likely to be one of the most expensive films of Superstar Mahesh. There was strong buzz regarding the film was that actress Parineeti Chopra has been cast as the female lead but Rakul Preet Singh finally replaced Parineeti.

Speaking to media Parineeti said “I Never Said I have signed their film, in fact we never talk about the film until we sign the dotted line, I agree that they have approached me but I never revealed the news. The leak may have come from their group”, said Parineeti. Parineeti has said that although she wanted to be part of the movie the dates never lined up for her. So despite speculations and Parineeti’s interest in the film, she is not a part of the project.

Meanwhile, actress Rakul Preet Singh opened up on the film and said she will start shooting from August. This is the first official confirmation from Rakul so this should put any confusion left to the rest.
