‘Pataas’ Coming Back with a Different Hero

The latest buzz is that Kalyan Ram’s highly successful movie ‘Pataas’ will soon make a come back to Telugu states. But the leading role played by Kalyan Ram in that movie will be replaced by Raghava Lawrence, a dancer-turned-actor-director.

The upcoming Tamil version of the movie named ‘Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva’ and, apparently it’s a remake of Telugu ‘Pataas’. There are talks that the now the Tamil version ‘Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva’ will be dubbed into Telugu again and have a release in Telugu states. Everyone is quite surprised by that.

However, this won’t be the first time a film is being remade into a different language and then dubbed, with ‘Narasimha naidu’ – ‘Simhabaludu’ being another example. Ravi Teja’s hit film Badra is also another example which had the Tamil dubbed version released in Telugu.
