Pawan Kalyan And Dil Raju To Letdown Industry in this Crisis?

More than half a dozen films are looking to release for Sankranthi hoping that things would become close to normal by then. Powerstar Pawan Kalyan‘s Comeback film, Vakeel Saab was supposed to release for Sankranthi but Dil Raju did not make any such announcement.

Now all of sudden, there are rumors that Dil Raju is not confident of releasing the film for Sankranthi and is looking to postpone it for Summer 2021. April 9th, 2021 is the release date in consideration. If this happens, it will be a big jolt to Tollywood’s attempt to bring things to normal for the biggest festive season.

Firstly, such a move will push other filmmakers into a dilemma if their decision to release for Sankranthi is right. Also, anything less than a star film like Pawan Kalyan’s is unlikely to motivate the audience to throng the theaters like in the Pre-COVID days. If this decision is true, Pawan Kalyan and Dil Raju will let down the industry in this crisis.

But any day, commerce scores better than the sentiment. Vakeel Saab was supposed to release in April 2020 but if this delay happens, it will releasing one year late than its previous plan. The entire shooting part will be completed this month itself. The movie will be ready by this year-end
