Getting into the details, Pawan Kalyan’s latest house is of 676-yard, for which the actor had paid Rs 66 lakhs as stamp duty, Rs 18 lakh for transfer duty, a registration fee of Rs 6 lakh, and mutation charges of Rs 1.2 lakh. The deal was registered on September 23, 2021.
However, actor close aides and others haven’t spoken anything about such a deal. It is worth mentioning that post-pandemic, the sale of houses has seen an upward trend with many looking out for places which are low-densely populated.
On the work front, Pawan Kalyan is busy with a string of films. He has Bheemla Nayak, then Hari Hara Veera Mallu. He then has Bhaavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh which is yet to go on floors. He also has a film with Surender Reddy.
