Akhil Akkineni was last seen in Bommarillu Bhaskar’s Most Eligible Bachelor. The film worked at the box office utilizing the festive advantage and brought a relief to Akhil.

Akhil got a makeover and bulked up for his new film Agent that is being directed by Surender Reddy. Akhil will be showcased in a shocking new look with ripped body and the posters have already gone viral.

The shooting of the film is also nearing its completion and Akhil was spotted at the Hyderabad metro shooting for a song. Some montage based scenes were being canned and Akhil was seen in a casual attire traveling in a metro.

Akhil has pinned all his hope on Agent as the film is the first ever stylized action drama and the Akkineni boy will be seen as a spy. Mammootty plays a key role in this film which has Sakshi Vaidya as the heroine. AK Entertainments is the production house. Hiphop Thamiza is scoring the music.
