Irrespective of how the movies are performing, all the films of Suriya get dubbed in Telugu. So, it didn’t come as a surprise that his next Soorarai Pottru is getting one even though, for a long time, there was no update regarding the Telugu version.

The Sudha Kongara movie has been titled as Aakasam Nee Haddhu Raa in Telugu. It is catchy, no doubt, and the first look poster is also neatly done. It gives a unique vibe to the movie. This is the director’s third original work after Drohi and Irudhi Suttru (remade as Guru in Telugu).

However, the much important detail here is at the bottom of the image. It says Aakasam Nee Haddu Raa is a summer 2020 release. And that puts an end to the speculations regarding the release of the movie for Pongal 2020.

Aparna Balamurali plays the female lead. It will also see the presence of senior Telugu actor Mohan Babu in a vital role, a first for him in Tamil. Apart from them, Jackie Shroff and Paresh Rawal will be seen in crucial parts. GV Prakash provides the music.
