Raai Lakshmi feels that South audiences accept her as she is, on the voluptuous side. But, Bollywood audiences like skinny actresses. Hence, the actress had to shed a lot of weight during the shooting for ‘Julie 2’. She lost almost 12 kilos to play the role in the sequel.

In North, she is recognized as a South heroine and the actress says she feels proud to be called as a South actress as she began her career in Kollywood. ‘Julie 2’ is going to have some bold content as it is an erotic thriller. Going by the title, we can easily say that it is a female-oriented movie.
