Police complaint on Kalyan Ram for insulting DC

Police complaints, controversies and court cases are turning regular affair in film industry across the country these days. The latest film which is in news for one of this kind of buzz is Kalyan Ram’s ‘Pataas’. One Law pursuing student by name Sridhar alleges that the Nandamuri scion has insulted Ashoka Dharma Chakra, the integral part of our National tricolor flag.

He approached police to file a complaint on Kalyan Ram for using the Dharma Chakra in the title logo of the movie which is against law to use a National symbol in such a way. He says that he approached Banjara Hills police after the actor didn’t respond to his legal notices on the same issue.

Police say that they would investigate into the matter and if found guilty they would file a case on Kalyan Ram’s NTR Arts banner. ‘Pataas’ came, had a succcessful run at the box-office and even went away. This fresh case seems to be like, a little bit disconnected, isn’t it?
