Police Seize MAA Elections CCTV Footage!

It looks like the MAA Elections issue is refusing to die down any sooner. We have seen Prakash Raj writing a letter to the Elections Officer to give him the CCTV footage of the Polling Day. “The tempers were high and we saw unruly, anti-social behavior of DRC member Sri Mohan Babu and ex-president Sri Naresh. They abused, threatened and physically attacked members of MAA,” Prakash Raj alleged.

The Election Officer assured before the media that he will give it as per the rules but that did not happen until now. It looks like Prakash Raj has approached the Police on this issue. Police have seized the CCTV footage now. They have sealed the server room in Jubilee Hills Public school (the venue of the MAA Election).

It looks like we are in for the drama of the MAA Elections legal battle now. Vishnu Manchu and his panel took oath the other day. It has to be seen how Vishnu and Mohanbabu will respond to these developments. The winners of Prakash Raj have already resigned their positions as a mark of protest for the Rowdyism on the Polling Day.

It has to be seen if the industry biggies will interfere and talk to both sides at least now and find some middle way out. The association has become a joke now and also made the industry a joke before the people.
