Pooja Could Command Rs. 1.75 Crore

Pooja Hegde is one of those who actresses who openly talked about pay disparity in the glamour industry, especially, in Bollywood. But, that was about the female-oriented kind of roles some star heroines are doing n Bollywood. Coming to the Telugu films, Pooja Hegde didn’t talk about pay disparity as she is doing primarily doing glamour-oriented movies.

According to some reports, Pooja Hegde has allegedly charged Rs. 1.75 crores for Mahesh Babu’s movie ‘Maharshi’. Though she made her debut with ‘Oka Laila Kosam’ with Naga Chaitanya, the scenario is different, now. Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, NTR, Mahesh Babu and next with Prabhas is the list of Pooja Hegde’s heroes in Tollywood, all A-listers. So, her high remuneration doesn’t come as an unbelievable surprise.

She completed the shooting part for her Bollywood film ‘Housefull 4’ with star hero Akshay Kumar playing the lead. It was an unsuccessful debut ‘Mohenjo Daro’ for Pooja Hegde in Bollywood and she is hoping big time that it would change her cards in Bollywood. ‘Housefull’ is a popular franchise in Bollywood and with Akshay Kumar, it’s said to be a minimum guarantee film.
