Following the back to back failures of Deva and Retro, Pooja Hegde is now awaiting the release of her next Kollywood film Jana Nayagan and her Bollywood film, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. Simultaneously, she is starring as the female lead in Raghava Lawrence’s Kanchana 4 and Dulquer Salmaan’s tentatively titled DQ41.

Even though Pooja Hegde has been part of multiple pan-Indian films, she is now in need of a solid comeback in her acting career because none of her films in the past few years have emerged as successful ventures.

Starting with Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam in 2022, she has acted in more than seven films across multiple languages such as Beast, Acharya, Cirkus, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Deva and Retro, and surprisingly, all of these films ended up as failures.

At the same time, especially since she played the female lead in the highly anticipated Vijay’s Jana Nayagan, many people believed that at least this film would emerge as a massive success and give her a solid breakthrough.

However, unexpectedly, the release of this film was delayed due to censorship issues and it was shockingly leaked online. Therefore, some people believe that it is now almost certain that Jana Nayagan won’t create a significant impact on her acting career.

Meanwhile, the glimpse of her upcoming Bollywood film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai was released a few days ago and it also garnered negative responses from the audience. Additionally, many people trolled the usage of AI in the glimpse. Even though the makers of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai clarified that AI won’t be used in the actual film, the audience lost interest in the film following the disappointing glimpse.

Consequently, many trackers are reporting that Pooja Hegde is currently in a tragic phase of her career with back to back failures and disappointing upcoming releases. So, they suggest that Kanchana 4 and DQ41 are now the only hope for the actress.

Nevertheless, despite the disappointing reviews, Pooja Hegde’s charming look in the glimpse of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai won the hearts of the audience. Let us hope that Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai will emerge as a successful venture upon its release and that Pooja Hegde will gain a solid breakthrough in her career.
