Tamil Fans Overestimating Telugu Director?

There are reports that there is going to be this huge clash of Tamil titans at the box office. Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu and Ajith’s Thunivu are going to fight it out for box office supremacy during Sankranti 2023.

Vijay fans are getting too excited about Varisu which is directed by Vamsi Paidipally. Mahesh fans on social media are saying that Thalapathy fans don’t realize that Vamsi is someone who couldn’t create any wonders despite having a huge superstar like Mahesh Babu and the best team at his disposal. He is famous for his usual dull narration and generic execution.

Varisu also seems to be the story of an NRI coming back to India and solving the issues in his family or hometown. So Mahesh fans are asking Vijay fans to keep their expectations low.

On the other hand, Ajith is teaming up with H Vinoth again for Thunivu. After delivering a dud like Valimai this year they are coming back again. So hopes for that movie are also not too high.

Both the films are going to clash with Prabhas’ Adipurush and Megastar is also targetting Sankranti with Mega154. So it’s going to be mayhem this festive season at the box office.
