Trailer Talk: Much Needed ‘Thriller’ Change For Young Hero

The trailer of the new film in Raj Tarun and Vijay Kumar Konda’s combo is out. It is called Power Play and is something fresh for both the director as well as the actor.

Raj Tarun burst on the scene with the super successful romantic family drama. He later established himself in the space. But that was more than half a decade ago. He has been stuck in a rut for a long time and is looking to reinvent. Power Play looks like the perfect opportunity.

There is no dialogue in the trailer, and it is all about building energy and momentum. There is a little bit of success on that score, but there is a lot left to assume with no dialogues. It could work either way. For the sake of the team, we hope it is a positive one.

Apart from Raj Tarun, there are several known faces in the trailer like Kota Srinivas Rao, Ajay, Rajaravindra, Dhanraj, Madhunandan and others. They add decent face value to the thriller. Hemal and Poorna are the female leads.

Check out the trailer below. Suresh Bobbili is the man behind the exciting background score. Vijay Kumar Konda who recently came up with Orey Bujjiga (also starring Raj Tarun) is switching gears with Power Play. A release date for the film is yet to be locked.
