Prabhas Misses Biggest Opportunity Because Of Adipurush

Prabhas’s first mythological film, Adipurush shoot has resumed in Mumbai. However, the actor has time to join his Mumbai crew as he has commitments with Radhe Shyam and Salaar. Thus Prabhas is likely to join the Adipurush sets in the month of September.

The actor has become a hot cake among Bollywood filmmakers. Rumours of Prabhas being approached by top-notch filmmakers keep surfacing. Now, latest reports have surfaced on the much talked about rumour that was in rounds since 2015.

Back then it was rumoured that Yash Raj Films honcho Aditya Chopra had plans to cast Prabhas in the most successful franchise, Dhoom 4. Aditya Chopra felt that Prabhas who has larger-than-life persona, with chiseled and brawny look would be perfect for antagonist in Dhoom 4.

All the heroes from John Abraham to Hrithik Roshan to Aamir Khan have been perfect baddies in this franchise with powerful looks, thus Prabhas would fit the bill aptly. If latest reports are anything to go by, then Aditya Chopra has dropped his plans to cast Prabhas as of now. The reason behind is Adipurush. Doing a mythological film, then appearing in Dhoom 4, Aditya Chopra doubts if the audience can accept his new image in Dhoom. Thus the film has taken a back seat currently.
