Recently, news surfaced that Salaar 2 had been shelved indefinitely due to creative differences between Prashanth Neel and Prabhas.
However, the team behind Salaar has shared a photo today on X featuring Neel and Prabhas laughing together, captioned, “They can’t stop laughing!” This post seemingly mocks the rumors about the sequel’s cancellation.
Following Kalki 2898 AD, Prabhas is set to work on Spirit with Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Raja Saab with Maruthi, and a project with Hanu Raghavpudi. Meanwhile, Prashanth Neel will be occupied with Dragon starring NTR.
If Salaar 2 happens, it will likely be several years before production begins.
