Prabhas Stumbles into Unexpected Defeat in Tollywood

There is no looking back for Young Rebel Star Prabhas ever since the release of Baahubali. He is a Pan-India star now and many even say he is bigger than the Bollywood Superstars because he enjoys popularity across the length and the breadth of the country.

The following of Prabhas in Bollywood is stunning. Saaho which failed to impress the Telugu audience is a hit in Hindi. The movie was telecast several times on Hindi Television and every time it managed to be in the Top-3 in the Ratings’ Charts for the week of the telecast.

The Telugu Version TV Premiere has been delayed and it was telecast only the last week on Zee Telugu. But the rating has been shockingly low. The movie just managed to get 5.8 TVR Ratings while a flop film, Karthikeya’s Guna 369 managed 5.9 TVR Ratings.

Guna 369 was telecast many times on Television. So, this has shocked everyone. “For Telugu audience, Saaho is a flop film. Also, it is already available on Amazon Prime. Maybe all these factors contributed to the low ratings. It may be nothing related to Prabhas’ Popularity or something,” a film analyst says.
