Prashant Neel Took Nasty Abuses For NTR

Prashanth Neel is one of the most sought after filmmakers in South Indian cinema now. Following the blockbuster success of the KGF franchise, he is working with Telugu stars, Prabhas, and Jr NTR.

However, Prashanth had faced a perturbing incident not so long ago and this is related to Jr NTR.

“A couple of years ago, I wished Tarak on his birthday. This social media post drew flak. There were so many negative comments on this post. No one had ever spoken about me in such a manner all my life. This disturbed me for four hours. After those four hours never have I ever felt like that again.” Prashanth said.

While Prashanth did not necessarily reveal who made these comments, if we connect the dots, a while ago, Kannada cinema fans called out Prashanth for picking Telugu heroes over Kannada heroes after scoring a hit with KGF. Prashanth might be indirectly hinting at the same but we don’t quite know for sure. Either way, the KGF director took nasty abuses for NTR.

Prashanth will soon be working with Jr NTR for NTR31, which will be his immediate next project after Prabhas’s Salaar.
