Prashant Neel’s Yes-No Statement On Salaar

Salaar is a film that fans of Prabhas are eagerly looking forward to as it is directed by Prashanth Neel of KGF fame. Sometime earlier, the music director of Salaar, Ravi Basur revealed ( read here ) in an interview that Salaar is the remake of Ugramm which was also made by Prashanth Neel.

During KGF 2 promotions Prashanth has denied that Salaar is not a remake. But, he made a confusing statement- “All of the films that I make will have some shade of Ugramm. That’s my style! But Salaar is a fresh story; it’s not a remake or adaptation of Ugramm.”

These yes and no statements of Prashanth Neel did not clarity the original remake rumor. Seeing these statements one can surely make out that Salaar will surely be an upgraded version of Ugramm and only time will tell if the film is a remake or not.

For now, Prashanth Neel has grabbed a lot of attention with KGF 2 which will release on the 14th of this month.
