C/o Kancharapalem director Venkatesh Maha made controversial comments mocking KGF 2, attempted an apology that upset some fans. Now, amid the clash between KGF 2 and Dunki, he resurfaced, triggering social media trolls.
He shared a ticket photo for Dunki’s first-day while a major Telugu star’s film is releasing, despite past taunting of the KGF director. This seemed attention-seeking.
Expectedly, it triggered backlash from Prabhas and KGF fans and they started trolling him badly.
Then he tried to cover it up and wrote a long explanation-
“Ok guys, calm down. I think you are mistaking a coincidence. I have no other intentions while writing my previous post than sharing my excitement for Dunki. I just got to know that the trailer of Salaar got released after your comments. Stop talking without knowing facts guys. I am a big fan of Prabhas garu since his first film and I always wished to work with him. There were many instances I openly said it. I just watched the trailer of Salaar too and it looks amazing. Just don’t create a mess for everything and alter the facts. I told you not to do this just few days ago, I think it is time for you guys to move on from me.”
Starting this controversy, especially after prior comments against KGF, and now claiming to be a big Prabhas fan, paints an immature picture and unnecessary.
He ended up deactivating his social media account ‘X’ due to this unnecessary issue.
