Teaser Talk: Relevant Political Thriller

Nara Rohit is making a comeback of sorts with Parthinidhi 2 which is billed to be a heated political action thriller based on the contemporary political setting. The teaser of the film dropped today and it promises to be a relevant political film.

The teaser begins with Uday Bhanu counting down for the protagonist’s interview session with a politician. He inquiries the politician about the debts and development works in the state, which evidently draws implications to AP politics.

The teaser then introduces all the other prominent characters. It ends on a gripping note with Rohith questioning the responsibilities of voters. “It is your responsibility to cast your vote and if you can’t do that, leave the country, and if that’s also not doable, then just die” This is the closing punch dialogue.

Murthy Devagupthapu (TV5 Murthy) seems to have made Prathinidhi 2 a social drama laced with political elements. Nara Rohith played the role of a journalist and the teaser is a hard-hitting one.

The film is arriving this April, right before AP polls and it could lead to discussions amongst the AP political circles with its political refereneces.
