Gaayam-2 fame Pravin Sri is currently directing and producing a movie titled ‘Kaali Charan’. He had made an announcement regarding his third movie. And the project is reportedly inspired by Maddelacheruvu Suri, a notorious criminal in Paritala Ravi case and is titled ‘Charminar Gangster’. The movie is based on a plot involving Politics, crime and faction. The movie will have all new comers acting in it and will go on to sets in the second half of March. Nandan will be scoring the music. Sri Karunalayam Productions is producing the movie.
Pravin Sri is an associate of Ram Gopal Varma. He made his directorial debut with 2010 movie Gaayam 2 starring Jagapathi Babu and Vimala Raman. The film’s story line was heavily inspired by the Hollywood film A History of Violence and Vijayawada mafia.The movie bombed miserably at the box office.
