Venky's heroine fumes at media

Women, particularly many actresses don’t like to be called themselves as yesteryear divas or veterans. So, it’s not a surprise when Venkatesh’s ‘Preminchukundam Ra’ heroine Preity Zinta fumed on media for calling her yesteryear actress who did films back in 90s.

When the actress shared a picture of herself with another senior actress Rani Mukherjee from their Diwali festival celebrations, media shared the picture enthusiastically calling both the actresses ’90s actresses’, which invited the ire of Preity Zinta.

The actress soon took to her social networking site and reminded people that both of them did a couple of films in 90s but have more films in their career since 2000. Which explains the actress’ point of view that they can’t be called as ‘yesteryear actresses’ and the media got the decade wrong.
