Rashi Khanna Put Pressure on Venky?

There is a lot going with regard to the heroine selection alongside Naga Chaitanya in his upcoming multi-starrer ‘Venky Mama’ with his uncle Venkatesh. Rakul Preet was said to be the heroine initially and the later reports said that she has had lost the lead role to Nabha Natesh.

However, things seem to have changed overnight and now we hear that Nabha Natesh is out of the scenario as Raashi Khanna is keen on playing Naga Chaitanya’s heroine replacing Rakul Preet Singh and hence, she put pressure on her manager for bagging this role. As the movie is being produced by Suresh Productions and People Media Factory, the producers had to decide between Nabha Natesh and Raashi Khanna and finally, the latter bagged the role.

Of course, Nabha Natesh was also a good choice given to her refreshing looks and the way she can cater to the tastes of youth audiences. However, Raashi Khanna has proved her mettle and if there is a substantial role and if the makers opine that she will be suitable then she must be the lucky girl to replace Rakul Preet Singh.
