Rahman and Ratnam take us into ‘mental’ state

Director and musician duo of Mani Ratnam and AR Rahman have done it many times in the past and even after all these years they still manage to create the same euphoria all over again with their new collaboration.

A song from their new film together Ok Bangaram has been released today to stupendous response. The song which goes with the lyrics “Mental Madilo” has literally made the fans mental. Ever since it was released at midnight it has spread like wildfire among the music lovers.

Now that the first song has set such standards the expectations on the rest of the albums too has raised manifolds among the fans. It will be a real challenge to live up to this newly created benchmark, let’s see if the combination can do it again.
