Raja The Great- Passable Template Music

Music of Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s new film Raja The Great is out. It is the third film of director Anil Ravipudi, and one can quickly feel the director’s template all over the album. When the director doesn’t have much of musical taste, the touch usually is passable, and that is the case here as well.

All the songs remind past songs from the music director for his films for director Anil Ravipudi. There is the usual item song, a thematic melody, and the standard intro song. The only thing missing is the remix song that was present in the first two movies, Patas and Supreme. The melody Chinnari easily stands out among the songs.

Still, despite the “to the T” template, there is an energy that can be felt and it gives positive vibes on Raja The Great. If the director manages to entertain like the previous two flicks, Ravi Teja is sure to get his career best success despite coming in what is generally considered a dull season for Telugu films.
