RVRG Trailer: Lovely Visuals, Pleasant Music, Natural Dialogues Bring Attention

The teaser of Raja Varu Rani Garu was one of the most innovative and smartly cut attempts in a long time in Telugu cinema. It instantly drew attention to the flick and made people wait for the trailer. That was a few months ago, and after quite a delay here we are.

The theatrical trailer is straight to the point, and there is no fancy (and attractive) gimmick like in the teaser. It showcases the tone, lovely visuals and naturally flowing dialogues of the movie. The background with three unique moods further highlights the effectiveness.

At the core, though one can’t help but feel if all these technicalities merely exist to camouflage regular stories. The entire film seems to revolve around the proposal of the lead to his lover. It is a wafer-thin line. It would require extraordinary finesse in all other departments to hold the audience’s attention.

The heavy influence of Malayalam cinema, more specifically Premam movie can’t be missed. The fact that Ravi Kiran Kola is able to hold his own despite such comparisons should augur well for the team.
