Rajamouli Conquers Everything Except AP

The trailer of SS Rajamouli‘s RRR has released this morning and the response has been stupendous. Everyone is raving about the maverick director’s brilliance. It is also amazing how he balanced two biggest stars of Telugu Cinema.

Until now, there are doubts if the movie will work in Bollywood. But then, the audience in the North crave for such ‘Over The Top’ masala content and so, it is expected to work there big time. Even as doubts are cleared everywhere, there is no clarity yet in Andhra Pradesh.

Akhanda which has attracted humongous number of footfalls is still struggling in Andhra Pradesh for breakeven. This is even as the movie is a massive profitable venture from Nizam to the United States. It will also be the case with RRR with unreasonable ticket rates and no benefit shows.

250 Rupees flat rate with round the clock will ensure never before and never after records many believe. RRR makers and the distributors are trying their best to evert pressure on the Government. “It is as if Rajamouli has conquered everything except for Andhra Pradesh,” a fan laments.
