Baahubali Model for 2.0

Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’ had set up many standards for regional films not only regarding high standards of film making but also how to promote the film big and take a film for a wider release and exposure.

The same model is now being followed by the makers of Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’. It was Rana who was instrumental in bringing in a big Bollywood producer Karan Johar of the production house Dharma Productions. The results of this collaboration had been significant in capturing the North market.

Coming to ‘2.0’, the makers are eyeing a big Bollywood production house and hence had planned for a big grand event in Mumbai for launching the first look of the film. Needless to say, many big names will be invited to this event to attract the market.

Superstar Rajnikanth, Shankar and Bollywood star hero Akshay Kumar are big names in Bollywood as well and hence something big is possible like it happened with ‘Baahubali. The name of that big Bollywood production house is a secret for the time being.
