Rajini’s ‘Kaala’ Gets a Big Respite

It’s a big relief that Madras High Court had dismissed the case against the makers of ‘Kaala‘. The plea was made by K.S. Rajasekharan alleging plagiarism. He strongly claimed that it was his story which he narrated to many in the film industry including the Secretary of All India Rajinikanth Fans Association.

But then, the court didn’t buy his explanations and on the ground that there are inconclusive proofs. Thus the case was dismissed clearing the plagiarism charges against the director, Pa Ranjith. It’s the second big opportunity for the director to helm the project starring Rajinikanth in the lead.

It’s also a big relief that Tamil Film Producers Council’s strike had been called off and Summer releases are getting ready for hitting the theatres. It’s a known thing that ‘Kaala’ was postponed to a later date and now, the Superstar’s fans are expecting it to come on the earlier announced date.
