Rākāsā First Single ‘Rapappa’ Offers a Fun Breakup Song

The promotional campaign of Rākāsā has gained a fresh musical spark with the release of its first single, “Rapappa.” The track serves as the film’s opening musical offering, giving audiences an early sense of its playful storytelling style. Rākāsā* is written and directed by Manasa Sharma and produced by Niharika Konidela under Pink Elephant Pictures, with Z Studios presenting the film.

Rather than presenting heartbreak in a conventional emotional tone, “Rapappa” treats the situation with wit and playful exaggeration. Lyricist Raghuram structures the song around rhythmic wordplay, filling the verses with clever rhymes and amusing punchlines that unfold in a fast-paced lyrical flow. Complementing this style, Anudeep Dev composes the track with a buoyant musical arrangement that keeps the rhythm energetic and engaging throughout. Ram Miriyala’s expressive singing further elevates the mood, blending sarcasm, frustration and charm in a way that perfectly suits the song’s comic tone. The choreography, designed by JD Master, brings an energetic visual dimension that matches the song’s lively spirit.
