Rakul as Mahanati in the Biopic?

NTR’s biopic has become a hot topic in the industry and especially, after the first look poster, the stakes on the movie has increased. There is a lot of curiosity about the movie and on the actors who are going to essay various legendary roles.

Rakul Preet Singh’s name isn’t confirmed yet but there is a buzz that she was roped in for playing the role of one of the yesteryear actresses aka Jayasudha, Jayapradha, Anjali and Mahanati Savithri. It’s only a buzz as of now and it would be interesting to see Rakul in a retro look as one of the above-said actresses.

After taking a closer look at the facial symmetry of Rakul, she might suit to play Jayasudha or else Anjali Devi’s role. She will be a total unfit to get into the roles of either Savithri or Jayaprada But, she needs to go for a complete makeover as Anjali Devi was a heroine way back, even before Savithri. Let’s wait to know if Rakul is indeed the part of the biopic, in the first place.
