Rakul Ignoring ‘Check’ Not Received Well?

Rakul Preet Singh was conspicuously absent for the pre-release event of Nithin’s upcoming movie ‘Check’ and she proactively cleared the air telling the audiences that she was busy with shooting in Mumbai. She wanted to avoid unnecessary rumours about her absence on the most important day of the film, the pre-release event.

However, her fans weren’t satisfied and have been opining through social media pages that she could have postponed the shooting for a day for the sake of the movie and also for her Telugu fans. Some even were angry that missing the event was like disrespecting the director, the movie, the producer and the actor.

Rakul’s clarification didn’t stop them from asking not to forget Tollywood after getting offers in Bollywood like some fo the heroines did previously. While Rakul missed the event, on the other hand, Wink Girl Priya Prakash Varrier made it to the event.

‘Check’ directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti starring Nithin, Rakul Pret Singh and Priya Prakash Varrier in the lead roles is releasing on 24th February and touted to be a no-nonsense movie without unnecessary songs, comedy tracks and heroine sequences.
