Speaking about the picturization, sets of Rangasthalam stood the life of the story, for 90 percent of the film was made in these sets created by the couple Ramakrishna and Mounika, the production designers of the film. Sharing the experience of building the 80’s sets for the film, the designers say that the 5 crores worth constructions took two months and 400 team members to complete the structures.
They had to start from scrap starting from the “rats” to the roofs featured in the film. Ram Charan got nostalgic while Sukumar was amazed to see things in the sets that reminded them of their childhood as they say. Having got the essence of the film, can’t wait to see the finished picture on the screens.
