Charan Beats Rare Powerstar And Superstar Record

In the current day and age of record releases, it is tough for any movie to get a continued and sustained long run in a single theatre. It is even more difficult to have a steady run for more than five weeks.

Under the circumstances, it was seen as an impossible task to break the certain old record of films that were created in a single theatre. Two such movies are Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Kushi and Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Pokiri. The former had single theatre highest gross for more than a decade and a half in Krishna district. The latter had the same record in Nizam.

Rangasthalam, starring Ram Charan has done the unthinkable. He has surpassed those impossible to get records. In a few other places, Rangasthalam has even beaten, Baahubali 2. That is how long the legs have been for Rangasthalam. Truly phenomenal feet indeed in the current generation.
