Charan Targets ‘Tea & Meals’ Producers: Who Are They?

Ram Charan, who was once known for being more aggressive and outspoken during public speeches, has noticeably mellowed down over the years and has largely stayed away from controversies and headline-making remarks.

However, during the Peddi pre-release event in Vijayawada, one particular comment caught attention and sparked discussion.

While praising Peddi producer Venkat Satish Kilaru, Charan said he had worked with a few producers in the past who would simply visit the sets, have tea, eat meals, and leave. In contrast, he praised Satish Kilaru for being actively involved and present on the sets almost every single day despite being a successful businessman.

The comment immediately triggered curiosity online.

Fans and social media users have started wondering which producers Ram Charan was referring to. Since most producers associated with Ram Charan projects are established and high-profile names, the remark naturally opened the door for speculation.

Of course, Charan did not mention anyone specifically, and the comment appeared more like appreciation for Satish Kilaru’s hands-on involvement rather than hate directed at other producers.

Still, the “tea and meals producers” line ended up becoming one of the talking points from the event.
