Rana completes one epic

After making debut with the much appreciated and off the grid film Leader, Rana Daggubati continued with his offbeat choices in order to create a unique niche for him. While not all of them worked at the box office, he was recognized as someone willing to go out of box for roles which lead to the actor being offered two high profile epic movies, Rudhramadevi and Baahubali.

Today the actor completed his part in the film Rudhramadevi. He plays Prince Chalukya Bhadra in the film and thanked director Gunasekhar for giving him the role. The actor said that he would later join the film once the dubbing work of the film commences. Rudhramadevi is produced and directed by Gunasekhar. It is touted to be first historical made in 3D in India. Anushka plays the titular role in the film which is tentatively slated to have a Sankranthi 2015 release.
