Ranabaali Under Pressure: Is Vijay Betting Too Much on the Trailer?

Ranabaali vs Jailer 2 North America Advance Bookings

Vijay Deverakonda appears unfazed by the slow start to Ranabaali’s North American advance bookings. The film is reportedly trailing his previous release, Kingdom, but Vijay believes the numbers will pick up. With just eight days left for release, his confidence raises a question, is he trusting the film’s potential or underestimating the challenge?

The Ranabaali trailer was released only last night, and the makers will be hoping it generates the buzz needed to accelerate advance bookings. The coming days will be crucial in determining whether the trailer’s response translates into stronger overseas sales.

However, the competition adds another layer of pressure. Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 is scheduled to arrive a day earlier, and reports suggest that it is enjoying stronger advance-booking momentum in North America. The clash could make it harder for Ranabaali to capture audience attention during the opening period.

Vijay remains confident that the bookings will improve, but the film has limited time to build momentum. With the trailer now out and a major competitor arriving first, the question is whether Ranabaali can close the gap before release or whether Vijay’s optimism is running ahead of the numbers.
