Rana’s Another Period Film Takes Off

With the kind of body he has and the kind of response he received for his role Bhallaldeva in ‘Baahubali’, Rana Daggubati proved that he is an apt choice for characters in period dramas. Here is one more period drama, which took off recently.

The Tamil-Telugu bilingual is titled ‘Madai Thirandhu’ in Tamil and ‘1945’ in Telugu. It also has two senior actors playing almost parallel leads. One is Nasser and the other one is Sathyaraj. Both are also ‘Baahubali’ stars. ‘Kattappa’ Sathyaraj will be joining the shooting very soon.

Besides this star cast, Regina Cassandra is roped in for playing the female lead in the period film. Director Sathya Shiva is helming the project for which Yuvan Shankar Raj is scoring the music. So, we can wait for a period drama feast starring Rana in the lead.
