Republic’s OTT Release Date Made Official

Sai Dharam Tej’s recent theatrical outing Republic opened to rather poor reviews. The film came at an eventful juncture as Sai Dharam Tej was still at the hospital recovering from the injuries he sustained following the bike accident.

Now, Republic is set to land on OTT. The film will be premiering on ZEE5 on the 26th of November.

ZEE5 had bagged the negative rights of the film much ahead of its theatrical release. It was initially heard that the film will be going for direct to OTT release but ZEE5 then opted to release it in theatres.

Well, Republic was a complete washout at the box office as it disappeared without a trace. It remains to be seen if it will fare any better on OTT.

The social drama is directed by Deva Katta and it has Aishwarya Rajesh, Ramyakrishna and others in important roles.
