‘Reverse Gear’ was the original title of super hit film!

‘Jambalakidi Pamba’ is one of the most memorable movie for senior actor Naresh and late EVV Satyanarayana which is remembered even today. The main attraction was its title which was different and new to the yesteryear audiences.

But the original title of the movie wasn’t ‘Jambalakkdi Pamba’. EVV thought of the title ‘Reverse Gear’ when he told the story to Naresh. The actor felt the title is negative and didn’t want his first film with EVV to have a negative title.

Then EVV came up with the title ‘Jambalakidi Pamba’ and Naresh accepted it instantly as it was unique and new. We know that the movie became a blockbuster.
