Paying double the amount of the standard price of a flat in high-end apartments seems to be the new craze of the actresses who are paid high remunerations by the worth of their demand.

While we know that Alia Bhatt shelled out a whopping ₹ 13.11 crore for her flat in Juhu in Mumbai paying double the actual price for the flat, Tamannaah also did something similar.

She is now the proud owner of a high-end flat at Juhu-Versova Link Road in Mumbai. Tamannaah paid ₹ 16.6 crores for the flat in Bayview apartments that gives a picturesque view of the sea from all sides.

Actually, she paid double the actual prize that was actually around ₹ 8 crore plus. Besides that, she paid nearly a crore as the stamp duty. She will be renovating her flat as per her taste doling out another ₹ 2 crores.
