Roja Announces Quitting Jabardasth

The much talked about Andhra Pradesh cabinet revamp saga is done and dusted. The newly appointed ministers took the oaths today.

Coming to the topic, actress-turned-politician Roja was taken into YS Jagan’s cabinet. Soon after, Roja announced that she is quitting Jabardast.

Roja had been one of the judges at Telugu comedy show Jabardast for many years now. Following her inclusion in the cabinet, Roja has now stated that she will not be a part of Jabardast anymore and also announced she is calling it quits for her acting career as well. This might come as a downer to the followers of Jabardast who are used to seeing Roja on the judge seat.

There are reports that Roja will be given the civil supplies ministry, which was previously held by Kodali Nani. The senior politician had been anticipating a cabinet berth for a long time now and she finally realized her dream today.
