Rudramadevi and Puli – first to take advantage?

A ruling has been passed recently in Karnataka film industry which meant that dubbing of films is to be allowed in the state. This was seen as a historic development as it meant that previously unexplored Karnataka film market was now in open for everyone.

Post this ruling Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Srimanthudu is the first release but as it didn’t have enough time to capitalize it had to let go the dubbing opportunity. The first films now to take advantage of this dubbed market would be the Telugu and Tamil bilingual biggies Rudramadevi and Puli.

These two films which are made at big budget and stars well known faces are currently making all the arrangements to make use of Karnataka market through dubbing. It is without any doubt an advantage to them over the rest of the films. Let’s see how well they make use of it.
