Rumored OTT Release Date Of RRR

Rajamouli, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan’s RRR arrived in theatres on 25 March and went on a stellar run at the global box office. Now, speculations are rife about the tentative OTT release date of the big budget action epic.

As per reports, RRR might be arriving on its post-theatrical OTT streaming partners, ZEE5 and Netflix on the 20th of May.

It is reported that the film is headed for OTT premieres 7 weeks post its theatrical release. Neither the makers nor the OTT platforms have confirmed the news, so nothing is official for now.

RRR’s South Indian language versions were bagged by ZEE5 while the Hindi language version was acquired by Netflix. Even before the film’s theatrical debut, the makers had announced that RRR will not land on OTT anytime soon. Now, it is heard that the film will stream on ZEE5 and Netflix 7 weeks post the theatrical release.

RRR will be the cornerstone film for ZEE5 and Netflix following its OTT premieres.
