“Run-Time” Blame is Back!

Run Time has been proven to play an important role in the result of some of the films. Short and crisp are loved more compared to the lengthier ones unlike it is an aggressive narration like Arjun Reddy. Well, Saaho got most of the reviews which claimed the lengthy run time is the drawback of the film.

Apparently, the Saaho team has been warned of this prediction by none other than Prabhas’ darling Rajamouli, but the makers did not compromise and faced the consequences with negative talk. Saaho could have been easily shorter but directors realized that only after the negative talk spreads and it’s too late to fix it. Saaho even with trimming wouldn’t have been a relief, but it would have helped somewhat at least reducing that additional pain.

Well, the immediate awaited biggie from Tollywood is Megastar’s Sye Raa which is set to release in October. Even this one which is concentrating on the war sequence has a lengthier run time. So after looking at what it did to Saaho, will Sye Raa take care of it? Looks like they should unless they have the most promising narration.
