Sai Dharam Tej Accident: Case Against GHMC

Actor Sai Dharam Tej is hospitalised at Apollo Hospital, where his condition is stable. The Health bulletin was issued in this regard which stated that the actor’s condition is stable, however he is still in ICU on assisted respiration.

In connection with the accident, a case has been registered against GHMC by Raidurgam police. The police officials have filed the case after it was reported that the reason behind Sai Dharam Tej skidding off his sports bike was due to the sand.

While a case was filed against Sai Dharam Tej for negligence and rash driving under sections IPC 336 and Motor Act 184. The fans of the actor are agog on social media that it is not the fault of the actor but due to the Corporation’s negligence, the mishap occurred. Subsequently, police officials filed a case against GHMC.

The mishap happened at Cable Bridge at Madhapur. The incident was captured in the CCTV footage which has been viewed by the officials. It is worth mentioning that that sports bike driven by Sai Dharam Tej was registered in Anil Kumar Burra’s name.
